Field T&M Workflow
Your foremen create T&M tickets on-site, document labor, materials, and equipment, then hand the phone to the GC superintendent for immediate signature approval.

Tap + to start a new T&M ticket. Select the project, enter location and description of the change order work.
Add Line Items
Add labor (workers, hours, rates), materials (quantities, costs), and equipment. Take photos for documentation.
